How IT Works
1.The CAPTURE
Once we process your payment, you receive two things: clear instructions to curate 21 images from your world, and a short preparation form. Photos you've taken, screenshots, details, objects, spaces, fragments. They don't need to be "good" — they need to be yours.
The form isn't a brand questionnaire; it orients the session so we use our time with precision. You submit both within 5 days, and then we schedule the live session.
As soon as I see your curated images, I'm tuned in for insights for you.
2.The Calibration
I review your image set before we meet. Sometimes I ask for a second or event third set. This ensures we have what we need so the session works at full depth. After we have all the images, we book the session.
3.The REVELATION
We meet live in a private 60-minute session. I sit with your images beforehand and arrive with a clear orientation. I say what I see — directly and precisely. We explore patterns, symbols, tension points and themes. We name what is unspoken. Language and breakthroughs emerge naturally, without imposing them.
This is a perceptual reading, not a brainstorm.
4.The Delivery
Within 7 business days, you receive The Eyes On You Report. Premium, custom crafted as a Notion board. Built from hours of synthesis, not generated. It is a living reference point you can return to whenever you need reorientation. It includes your Essence & Core Patterns, Identity Mechanism, Narrative Direction, Creative World, a Toolkit of Words & Symbols, and Strategic moves going forward.
5.The Integration
Within 10 days of receiving your Identity Reading, we meet for a 30-minute follow-up.

After your Integration call, you’ll receive a tailored Image Activation that meets you when you are. A simple, image-based challenge to help you move what we uncover into your body and visual expression.

About Monicka
I'm here to help you name what's already true — especially at in-between moments, the inflection points where the old structure no longer holds and the new one isn't yet visible.
My work is grounded in over two decades of working with personal symbolism — including the creation of a Tarot deck and the development of SelfMagic: a living framework for identity, visibility, and expression.
The origin of this work is personal. I grew up trilingual, with no single mother tongue. Always navigating between languages, never fully at home in any one of them. Words were something I learned to handle. Images were different. Color was different. Play was different. These were languages I didn't have to learn.
What began as a communication gap became a perceptual advantage. Instead of reaching for words as my first instinct, I made up for it with form. I leaned into visuals, symbolic shapes, and colors. I learned to see patterns and meanings before they were ever articulated.
My style? Naming what's already in the room — especially what everyone feels but no one has said yet. Reaching the heart of the problem sideways, in playful ways. Humor and hutzpah sprinkled everywhere. Holding depth without making it heavy. Translating personal mythology into clear direction — so it actually moves. All served with a Greek accent.

How is this different from working with a brand strategist?
Traditional brand strategy answers "how do you show up in the market." It does not answer "who are you at the center of it." Eyes On You does the latter — and in doing so, makes conventional brand strategy actually executable. Most people get stuck not from lack of frameworks, but from a fuzzy sense of self.
Do you use AI in this process?
Yes, transparently. After our live session, I use AI as a synthesis tool to help me process the transcript and your images. Your material is used solely for this purpose. What you receive is NOT an AI output — it is the result of hours of my own synthesis, iteration, and expertise built into every layer of the reading. I go back and forth until the outcome is clear, inspiring, and actionable.
